After completing my Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination, I enrolled in Lalmonirhat Government College, one of the historic and respected educational institutions in Lalmonirhat. I chose the Humanities group, and my college years became an important turning point in my educational and personal development.
Joining college brought a significant change to my approach to education and life. It gave me the opportunity to discover myself in new ways, develop my interests, and gradually shape a clearer vision for my future. My college experience was not limited to academic studies; it was also a period of personal growth, discipline, leadership, and learning beyond the classroom.
Alongside my studies, I became involved with the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC), an organization connected with the discipline and values of the armed forces. My involvement with BNCC introduced me to a different kind of learning-one based on knowledge, discipline, responsibility, teamwork, leadership, and volunteer service.
Through BNCC activities and my experiences at college, I learned how to work with others, take responsibility, serve my community, and remain disciplined while facing challenges. These experiences gradually shaped my character and strengthened my sense of responsibility toward society.
My college years also gave me the privilege of learning closely from respected teachers who inspired me not only through academic lessons but also through their guidance, values, and life experiences. Their encouragement helped me look beyond textbooks and understand education as a means of becoming a more responsible and purposeful person.
Lalmonirhat Government College was therefore much more than a place where I completed my higher secondary education. It was a place where I began rebuilding myself, discovering my potential, developing discipline and leadership, and preparing myself for the journey ahead.
